My mission is to drive the advancement of mindfulness and compassion in the workplace.  

Through collaboration and alliances with non-profits, universities, corporations, organizational behavior, leadership development, mindfulness, and compassion, I want to educate the community and to inspire and connect leaders to their colleagues and communities.

 Wilmington Mindfulness opportunities are far and few between, I know for many years i searched to find something in Wilmington NC but never found much to keep an ongoing mindfulness practice.  Wilmington Mindfulness meditation aka PUR mindfulness is based on mindful based stress reduction by Jon Kabat Zinn.

Hi I am Tina Abraham, I’m a mindfulness teacher but, first and foremost, a devoted mindfulness practitioner (who’s still learning, discovering and deepening every day).

Sharing the joy of mindful living is my passion and my purpose.

My mission is to help you enjoy a more conscious and connected life.

I am not a monk or an evangelist of any particular religion or technique. I live in the real world and my mindfulness training occurred under real life circumstances. I teach and coach to share my journey to wholeness; a wholeness that I found through mindfulness.

Wholeness, deep peace and joy are available to anyone who taps into the stillness and silence that dwell within them.

What I offer are simple teachings and suggestions for everyday people.

Mindfulness Courses


I teach/coach meditation and mindful living through ‘immersion” courses.

Having studied my teacher training as a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher at the internationally acclaimed Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care, and Society, at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, Oasis Institute.  She completed professional training with teachings from Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn and Dr. Saki Santorelli.  

Trained by Mindful Schools Org. to teach the Mindfulness in Schools Project course for adolescents ages 9-17, considered the gold standard curriculum for young people and is endorsed by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn.                 

Other credentials include a BA in Art and communication and certified Aromatherapist.  I offer a unique holistic perspective for integrative and preventative wellness.  By learning to take better care of ourselves, harmonizing body and mind, and realizing our strength and resilience- we can lead healthier more adaptive lives.  The best possible medical care begins with self-care.

My passion for teaching mindfulness stems from my firm belief that anyone can create the kind of incredible inner transformation I have undergone once they know how.
