Mindful Leadership Course
In groups of up to 30 people meeting once a week for seven weeks, each session lasting 90 minutes. All with a focus in cultivating mindfulness and shaping leaders to lead with greater wisdom, power, and authenticity to influence purposeful and lasting relationships. Participants will learn the fundamentals of mindfulness, including mindful communication, how to cultivate focus, see past our own filters, manage stress and looking at behavioral patterns.
Conscious Leadership half-day Introductory Workshop
This is an immersive 3 hour, impactful half day workshop 3 hour workshop providing Mindful Leadership basic training, including instructions on how to practice mindfulness. Mindful communication and how to lead from mindful values and inspire a Mindful Vision.
Mindfulness Monthly Consultancy
6 month contract required –8, 12 or 20 hours per month
This format will allow an “ala carte” feature that allows the organization to pick and choose based on where it is needed most. It also allows for course work and to have a follow up support system their practice. Designed to the specific needs of the company, in the initial consult we will identify and build the appropriate framework for your organization.
Mindfulness Keynote Presentation

Finding Space in the Workplace
This is an immersive 7 hours, impactful one day workshop on the
foundations of consciousness and awarness in the workplace. Participants will learn
the fundamentals of mindfulness, including mindful
communication, how to cultivate focus, see past our own filters,
manage stress and be more innovative. The pursuit of mindfulness in the organization will help to gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your bearing to others. Ultimately, it will allow you to become an authentic leader in your field.
Mindful Based Stress Reduction
In groups of up to 30 people meeting once a week for eight weeks, each session lasting 2 hours and a day retreat. Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction is a formal eight-week program with a daylong intensive that was created by Jon Kabat-Zinn in 1979. This program is in over 250 hospitals around the country and many more around the world supporting people with stress, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, alleviating stress related to medical conditions, work and much more. There's a moment of choice before we react to stress and pain in life. For most of us, we're unaware of this space "between stimulus and response" because we get caught in habitual patterns of reacting to life
